Oath of CM Bhupendra and 16 ministers in Gujarat: Prime Minister bowed down on the stage and bowed down to the public, also discussed with former CM Rupani

Bhupendra Patel, 62, took oath as the 18th Chief Minister of Gujarat on Monday. The Governor administered him the oath of office at 2 pm at the helipad ground of the Gandhinagar Secretariat. After Bhupendra Patel, 16 ministers also took oath. There are eight cabinet ministers, two with independent charge and six ministers of state. Bhaskar had told a day earlier that 16 ministers can take oath along with Bhupendra Patel.

After the oath, the Prime Minister bowed down on the dais and bowed down to the people. After this, met Bhupendra Patel’s cabinet and took photographs with him. While walking, he talked to former CM Vijay Rupani. Along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and CMs of BJP-ruled states were also present at the ceremony. 200 saints also became part of the oath-taking programme.
